Vigneswaran Sivalingam is the Chief Executive & Associate Partner at EY Forge Sdn. Bhd. (part of Ernst & Young, Malaysia) where he is responsible for the Managed Services business.

Vig is now serving his second term as the President of the Association after having been re-elected on 11 July 2025. Prior to his first term, he served also had served for two terms as the Deputy President of CCAM which in all has added up to a combine service of twelve (12) years in CCAM’s top leadership. His contributions to the Association go beyond these leadership roles that he has carried and deep into reprograming some of the key initiatives in CCAM that touched the Training & Skills Certification, Conferences & Engagements, Research & Reporting for CCAM via “The State of CX in Malaysia” and the Industry Partnership Programs for CCAM for the past decade. Vig is also responsible for the set-up of CCAM’s first ever chapter in CX Malaysia in Y2024 where he is serving as the Protem Chairperson concurrently with his role at CCAM now.

As the President of the Association, Vig leads all Government & Industry collaborations for CCAM.

With close to 30 years in the industry, Vig remains continuously passionate about Contact Centres, Customer Experience and Operational Excellence. Prior to him joining Ernst & Young, Vig was active in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for 8 years which included the role the Country Director for TDCX Malaysia, one of the largest BPOs in the country. His career originally took shape at Maxis before that where he grew from rank & file to hold senior leadership responsibilities that included roles such as the Head of Customer Operations, Head of Channel Support & Development as well as a Program Lead for Transformation (Service and Digital). He is a certified COPC CX Implementation Leader, trained in CIAC Strategic Leadership and involved in numerous Six Sigma initiatives & ISO certifications during his career at both Maxis and TDCX.

Vig stands proud to be amongst a rare few in the industry who has been recognized with an Industry Career Achievement Awards by CCAM back in Y2013 while also being the winner of the Gold Award for the inaugural Best Head of Contact Centre in Y2012. He is married and a proud father of two daughters.
