Raymond is the visionary Founder and CEO of Daythree Digital Berhad, where he leads strategic management and digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on sustainable growth and continuous improvement. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategy & Planning) and is a Chartered Accountant—credentials that underpin his disciplined, outcomes-driven leadership style.

Recognised for his forward-looking contributions to the industry, Raymond has received multiple honours, including Best Thought Leader (2017, 2019), the Technopreneur Excellence Award (2023), and the ASEAN GBS Visionary Leader of the Year (2025). These accolades reflect his commitment to elevating standards, building capability, and championing innovation across the regional Global Business Services (GBS) ecosystem.

From 2019 to 2023, Raymond served as President of the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia, where he drove constitutional reforms, strengthened governance, and deepened collaboration with industry and government stakeholders—helping to enhance the Association’s influence and relevance. He also led the publication of Malaysia’s Global Business Services (GBS) Strategy Report 2022–2027, reinforcing his role as a trusted voice in shaping the sector’s direction.

In 2023, Raymond guided Daythree through its successful public listing—an important milestone that reflects strategic clarity, organisational resilience, and execution excellence. Today, he continues to steer Daythree’s growth agenda, advancing cutting-edge process automation and customer experience solutions while nurturing a culture of learning, agility, and high performance.

Raymond also serves as Chairperson of GBS Malaysia, contributing to national and regional priorities for the GBS industry. In addition, he sits on the Global Advisory Board of the University of Nottingham UK Business School, where he supports the development of future business leaders and global strategy perspectives.
