VIVIEN LEE

Vivien Lee has more than 20 years of experience in Customer Experience, Contact Centre Operations and Service Transformation across multiple industries including logistics, e-commerce, telecommunications and financial services.

Vivien is currently the Head of Customer Service at Pos Malaysia Berhad, where she leads end-to-end customer service operations for a national-scale organisation.

She has held various leadership roles throughout her career, spanning Customer Service Management, Quality & Process Improvement, Workforce Management, Digital Transformation and Customer Experience Strategy. Vivien is also the appointed Lead for the Gen-AI Contact Centre initiative under the Albukhary Group, spearheading the implementation of AI-driven customer service solutions across multiple operating companies.
